As we reflect on an incredible 2024, I want to take a moment to highlight our achievements and share our vision for the opportunities ahead.
Capital Engine® has continued to push the boundaries of private market investing, secondaries trading, and technology-driven financial solutions, and your trust and support have played a pivotal role in this success.
The global private markets landscape is evolving rapidly, and we firmly believe that this sector represents the biggest opportunity in financial services today. Capital Engine® is uniquely positioned to capitalize on this transformation, bridging the gap between traditional finance and modern technology, making it easier for businesses to access capital and for investors to participate in high-quality opportunities.
2024: A Year of Growth, Innovation & Market Recognition
This year marked a significant chapter for Capital Engine® as a global financial technology (FinTech) firm, operating at the intersection of investment banking, private markets, and technology-driven innovation. As part of our perpetual financing strategy, we successfully closed $1.2 million of our initial $2 million seed round, and have now started our next $3 million round of funding.

At the end of January 2025, our share price increased to $6 per share, reflecting the strong momentum we built throughout 2024. This growth, coupled with overwhelming investor demand, continues to drive our expansion. - Expansion of Private Market Deal Sourcing & Secondaries Trading

Rise of the Retail Investor - the Next Big Shift in Financial Services
Private market investments have experienced significant growth over the past decade. Currently valued at $25 trillion, the market is projected to more than double to $65 trillion by 2032. A key driver of this expansion is the rising participation of high-net-worth individual investors in alternative assets. Fee revenue from these investments is also expected to double, reaching $2 trillion within the next decade.
Projections indicate that $14 trillion in new capital will flow into private markets in the coming years, with over $7 trillion contributed by individual investors:
