How to Exercise Your Investview Warrant
The Investview Warrant Exercise is for those investors who have previously purchased Investview Preferred Units through the Investview Preferred Offering and desire to EXERCISE their warrants.
This is not a stand-alone investment and is a feature of the Investview Preferred Unit holders. You should view all materials associated with the Investview Perpetual Preferred Offering.

To exercise your Investview Warrant, login
https://capitalengine.io/signin to get to your investor dashboard or click the Marketplace to view all investment offerings.
Simply choose the Investview Common Stock Purchase Warrant (INVU) offering and click on the Invest button (per the video).
- select the amount you would like to invest
- sign the subscription agreement electronically*
- select one of the four payment options (Check, ACH, credit card or Bitcoin (BTC))
- Check (US only) option requires you mail a check to the company (details on project page) - investment will remain pending the company receiving check / payment
- ACH or credit card option, the system will prompt you to link your bank account or fill in your credit card to make payment
- complete the transaction
Please be aware that by exercising these warrants you agree to contact your brokerage firm or financial advisor directly in order to initiate a DWAC deposit request with VStock Transfer, DTC participant number 50236. Your broker should be directed to include the following information:
- Name of Brokerage Firm
- DTC Participant Number
- Account Holder Name
- Account Number
* Shares can only be deposited into an account owned by the investor
You will also have to be ready to pay for the "exercise" which is ten cents per share.
