Edwin Lee
Dr Edwin Lee is the CEO of Cybernatics, a revolutionary and integrated cybersecurity software solution that provides Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) 24/7 constant monitoring and alerting of threats and vulnerabilities at an efficient price point. Edwin previously worked for Accenture, Avanade, HP, CenturyLink and DXC Technology in his extensive career, having lived and worked in North America and Asia, with clients in the Government, Education, Healthcare, Financial, Products and Resources industries. Edwin holds a Doctor of Divinity (USA), Master of Ministry (USA) and a Bachelor of Science (Management) (UK). He is a published author of 2 books and is also a certified John Maxwell speaker, coach, and trainer. A visionary leader who leads with a heart, Edwin embodies servant leadership and is held in high regard by staff, customers, and partners. Under his leadership, he has led the group in growing the breadth and depth of services, especially in cybersecurity consultancy and services. The group has grown 800% in staff strength and revenues have increased 50% YoY since 2020. From 2020 to 2023, Edwin was also concurrently the Group CTO, involved in technology solutions for large projects as well as for Cybernatics. This was one of the key reasons for the early success of the incubation of Cybernatics. This has enabled the group to offer complementary Cybersecurity services together with proprietary cybersecurity software that helps customers with proactive attack surface management and compliance reporting. With Cybernatics as the proprietary software developed by the team, Edwin is looking forward to working with investors and partners as he leads the company towards a successful listing planned for 2026.

Sin Chi Yip
In May 2022, Mr. Sin Chi assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Cybernatics. Sin Chi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Accountancy and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), which he completed in 2000 and 2012, respectively. He further honed his expertise by attending the Advanced Management Program at the University of California, Berkeley in 2011 and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. His professional journey commenced at Deloitte & Touche LLP immediately after graduating in 2000. Subsequently, he held various finance roles within marine and trading companies from 2003 to 2008. Between 2008 and 2018, Sin Chi dedicated a decade to a vessel newbuilding and ownership company, where he initially served as a Financial Controller and later ascended to the position of Chief Financial Officer. During this period, the company operated vessels across Singapore, the Middle East, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, and the Netherlands. Before joining Cybernatics, from 2018 to 2021, Sin Chi served as the Chief Corporate Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Noble Vici Group, Inc. This company provided technology services in the domains of IoT, Big Data, Blockchain, and E-commerce and was publicly traded on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Sin Chi boasts extensive experience in accounting and corporate finance. His record of accomplishment includes involvement in listing and reverse takeover activities for companies both in Singapore and the U.S. Currently, he acts as a Corporate Finance Advisor to companies in the digital transformation, solar, and renewable energy sectors.

Yew Kean (YK) Wong
Mr. Yew-Kean Wong serves as the Chief Commercial Officer, bringing to the role a proven record of accomplishment as a Sales and Channels Leader with over twenty years of experience in diverse Information Technology sales, channels, technical, business development, and management positions at renowned companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems, and Oracle. YK has consistently demonstrated his ability to cultivate high-performing teams and is renowned for his hands-on approach in guiding businesses from the initial stages of solution development all the way through to market execution. His extensive background also includes substantial experience in expanding technology sales by fostering partnerships with local businesses throughout the Asia-Pacific region. This positions him with a solid grasp of the digitalization landscape in a fast-growing region like the Indo-Pacific. In his previous role at Oracle, he was responsible for overseeing sales exceeding US$300 million, accomplished through channel partnerships.

In February 2023, Eng Chin assumed the pivotal role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Cybernatics. In this capacity, he is entrusted with overseeing and optimizing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery to clients. Eng Chin's illustrious career boasts many regional leadership roles with prominent organizations such as Accenture, Deloitte, HP, IBM, Oracle, and COFCO. Throughout his journey, he has served clients in various industries, including Government, Education, Resources, Banking, Retail, and Commodities. Eng Chin's educational background includes an Honors Degree in Computer Science from the University of Edinburgh. He also holds the distinguished title of Master Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation.

Torry Henderson
In October 2023, Torry Henderson assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO), bringing over 20 years of IT experience to the position. His expertise lies in data center infrastructure, cloud technology, and cybersecurity. Torry currently serves as the technical architect lead on multiple projects, with a strong focus on cybersecurity. He is responsible for overseeing software design and development teams while driving cybersecurity initiatives. His primary goal is to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions and promote innovation throughout the organization, all while prioritizing security by design. Torry's extensive career includes working with both small and large enterprise companies, such as ISG, MDVIP, Centura Health, and ADT. Additionally, he has run his own cybersecurity consulting firm. His experience spans various industry verticals, making his skill set adaptable to any work environment. As a Go First leader, Torry leads by example and mentors his team through knowledge transfer sessions, preparing them for future career opportunities, including management and entrepreneurship. Under Torry's leadership, he has overseen the design and migration of LANs, WANs, and data centers, as well as the transition of server workloads from physical to virtual, and eventually to cloud computing. He has also managed the relocation of millions of dollars' worth of infrastructure across interstate locations. Cybersecurity has been a significant focus for Torry, as he has been instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing Information Security Management System (ISMS) frameworks and achieving Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certifications for multiple organizations. With Cybernatics as the primary flagship solution for the future, Torry is eager to collaborate with investors and partners to drive continued innovation. This innovation not only addresses existing cybersecurity threats but also paves the way for new paradigms in the field. Dr. Michael Kelly
Dr. Kelly brings a wealth of experience to his current role, with a diverse background that spans technology, telecommunications, business consulting, and, most recently, cybersecurity in the finance industry. Over the last six years at Standard Chartered, he held a crucial position overseeing information security risk across the bank's global technology infrastructure and security services. During this time, he played a pivotal role in establishing governance processes and security frameworks for the adoption of cloud services and other emerging technologies. Dr. Kelly also had responsibilities related to information security at SC Ventures, Standard Chartered's business start-up incubator, and was tasked with reviewing the cybersecurity risk posture of individual ventures within the organization. His most recent focus involved collaborating with teams and ventures working on digital assets and the implementation of distributed ledger technology, such as blockchain. Throughout his career, Dr. Kelly has lived in various locations, including Hong Kong, Melbourne, and Singapore, and has worked with companies across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. He began his professional journey as a Signals Security/Signals Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army, where he gained a deep understanding of the importance of security, which has remained a core value throughout his career.
